  • Setup Wizard – Allows you to print your Flat Rate Books in 4 easy steps
  • Define the number of Columns you want to print – ACORATE allows you to define between 1 and 6 columns to print in your Flat Rate Book
  • Ability to Print a Savings Column – Use one of your 6 columns to define and print the savings that your customer will receive.  This column can be any one of the 6 columns that you define and will show up highlighted in yellow.
  • Repairs are built on one easy screen – Unlike other Flat Rate Software available, ACORATE Repairs are built on one easy to use screen.  No drilling down deeper and deeper into the program to add material to your Flat Rate Repair like with other complicated and hard to learn Flat Rate Software Packages.
  • Ability to Re-Number and Re-Sort Flat Rate Repairs – ACORATE has a unique utility that allows you to quickly Re-Sort and/or Re-Number your Flat Rate Repairs quickly and easily.  Unlike other Flat Rate Software where you have to live with your repairs being out of order because of poor planning, ACORATE will let you quickly Re-Number your Flat Rate Repairs so that they print out in the correct order in your Flat Rate Book.
  • Ability to Easily Add, Delete and Edit Repairs – ACORATE allows you to quickly and easily add new Flat Rate Repairs, Delete Existing Flat Rate Repairs or Edit Existing Flat Rate Repairs.
  • Unlimited Labor and Material Mark-Up Rates - With ACORATE, you can have unlimited Labor and Material Mark-Up Rates.  This allows you to set up different Rates for different types of work being performed.
  • Easily Update Labor and Material Mark-Up Rates – You can easily update your Labor Rates and/or Material Mark-Up Rates in ACOWIN, which will automatically re-calculate your Flat Rate Repair Prices.
  • Ability to Automatically Add Miscellaneous Charges to your Flat Rate Repairs – ACORATE will let you automatically add Miscellaneous Charges to your Flat Rate Repair(s) based on a Flat Dollar Amount and/or a Set Percentage.  This allows you to add additional charges to the Flat Rate Repair that can cover various things such as misc. shop supplies (towels, grease, wire nuts, etc.), fuel surcharges, etc. without having to add “non-stock” items to your Inventory File.
  • Profitability Review Screen by Repair with Graphs – You can easily review the Gross Profit Detail of each Flat Rate Repair along with graphs breaking out Income vs. Material and Labor Costs.
  • Ability to Copy Material from One Repair to Another – With the click of a button, you can copy material from another Repair into the current Repair in which you are working.  This makes adding similar repairs quick and easy.
  • Ability to Attach Documents to Vendor File – ACORATE will allow you to attach any document to the vendor file that you choose.  This great feature will allow you to attach current price lists, correspondence, etc. from your Vendors to their file, making it easy to find important documents.
  • Ability to Print a Separate Savings Description – This feature allows you to print 6 columns in your Flat Rate Book and still be able to print a savings amount making it easy for your technician to show the customer the savings they could receive.  This feature can also be used in conjunction with the Savings Column to re-enforce the savings or show a second savings available to the customer.
  • Ability to Print Vendor Report – You can print a Vendor Report that will show important vendor information such as Name, Address, Phone Number, After Hours Phone Number, After Hours Opening Charge, etc.  This report can be given to your On-Call Service techs so that they know who to reach for repair parts in emergency.
  • Ability to Print Inventory Reports – Inventory Reports can be printed with or without Costs and/or Sell Prices.  You can even select which of your Unlimited Mark-Up Rates that you would like to use for calculating the Sell Price if you elect to print the report showing Sell Prices.
  • Ability to Change Inventory Costs Globally – ACORATE offers a unique utility that will allow you to Increase or Decrease your inventory costs by a Flat Dollar Amount or by a specific percentage.  You can elect to increase or decrease one single category, multiple categories or all categories.  You can even drill down and manually change each inventory item individually within a category quickly and easily.
  • Ability to Synchronize Inventory Costs with Current Vendor Prices or 3rd Party Service Software Inventory Prices – ACORATE gives you the ability to import an inventory list from an Excel Spreadsheet that can be used to synchronize the costs based on the Vendors Part Number or a Cross Reference Part Number from your 3rd Party Service Software provider.  Check with your 3rd Party Service Software Provider to see if they can export their Inventory List with Costs to use this feature.
  • Ability to Export Inventory – You can export the ACORATE Inventory File and use it to import into your 3rd Party Service Software Provider to build your inventory. Check with your 3rd Party Service Software Provider to see if they support importing inventory.
  • Ability to Print Spiff (Commission) Report – With ACORATE, you can assign a Spiff Amount based on the Flat Rate Repair.  The Spiff Report will print the Spiff Amount associated with each repair, so that you can give a copy to your service technicians so that they know what repairs they will earn a spiff.
  • Print one Repair Task Section at a Time – When printing your Flat Rate Books, ACORATE gives you the option to print all Active Repairs or just one Repair Task Section.
  • Ability to Print Detailed Manager’s Profitability Book – The Manager’s Book gives you details about each Flat Rate Repair in one easy to read print out.  This report will show you the material and labor sell prices, the material and labor costs, Misc. Sell prices, Spiffs, total costs and the gross profit of each Repair.  The Manager’s Book can be printed as a detailed or summary report and is a great tool for reviewing your Flat Rate Repairs and the estimated gross profit to make sure they meet your desired results.
  • Ability to Print Your Logo in Flat Rate Books and on Reports – ACOWIN allows you to import your logo into the program and will let you decide if you want to print your logo on your Reports and in your Flat Rate Book.
  • Can Purchase with or without Pre-Defined Flat Rate Repairs – ACORATE can be purchased with pre-defined Repair Databases or without a Repair Database if you want to build your own Flat Rate Book from scratch.
